簡介(Brief):

l   主要被制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)用來制顆粒。
Mainly applied by pharmacy, foodstuff and chemical industry etc to make granules.

l   GMP設(shè)計(jì)，適用于大中小批量生產(chǎn)。
GMP design; suitable to large, medium or small batch production.

l   LGZ系列螺桿擠出造粒機(jī)用于濕法造粒，主要由驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)、進(jìn)料斗、擠出螺桿和多孔板組成。

LGZ series screw extruding granulator is used for wet granulation, which mainly consists of drive motor,

feeding hopper, extrusion screw and perforated plate.

l   濕料通過重力或螺桿送入進(jìn)料斗。擠壓螺桿（單螺桿或雙螺桿）將濕料輸送到擠出區(qū)，通過多孔板擠出，物料以成型良好、直徑可控的圓柱形被擠出。擠壓物通過自身重量或旋轉(zhuǎn)切刀分離，并被收集用于下一個(gè)加工步驟。通過改變多孔板，可調(diào)節(jié)擠出顆粒的大小。

Wet mass is fed into the feeding hopper by gravity or screw. The extrusion screw (single or twin screw)

transport the wet mass to the extrusion zone where it is extruded through a perforated plate to produce well

formed, cylindrical extrudates of a controlled diameter. The extrudates break off by their own weight or rotary

cutter and are collected for the next processing step. The diameter of extrudate is adjustable by changing

perforated plate.
