簡(jiǎn)介(Brief)：
l 主要用于制藥、食品、化工、電子行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的干燥。
Mainly applied by pharmacy, foodstuff, chemical and electrical industry to dry the products.
l 適用于干燥熱敏性、易分解和易氧化物質(zhì)。箱內(nèi)被散熱板分成若干層,散熱板中通入熱水或蒸汽作為加熱介質(zhì)，將鋪有待干燥物料的料盤放在散熱板上，箱內(nèi)用真空泵抽成真空。散熱板在加熱介質(zhì)的循環(huán)流動(dòng)中將物料加熱到指定溫度，水分開(kāi)始蒸發(fā)并隨真空逐漸抽走。
Suitable for drying heat sensitive, decomposable and oxidizing substances. Inner vessel is divided into several layers by the heat radiating plate. Hot water or steam as the heating source is introduced into the heat radiating plate. Tries paved with materials are placed on the heat radiating plate. When inner vessel is vacuumized by a vacuum pump, the radiating plate heating the materials to the specified temperature by the circulating flow of the heating medium, the water begins to evaporate and flow out with the vacuum.
l 如采用冷凝器，物料中的溶劑可通過(guò)冷凝器加以回收；如溶劑為水，可不用冷凝器，節(jié)省能源投資。
When condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; If the solvent is water, no need to use the condenser.
l 根據(jù)工藝可向內(nèi)部充入惰性氣體。
Inert gas can be filled into the interior according to the process.
