簡介(Brief)：

l   主要用于化工、食品、建材等行業(yè)的混合。
Mainly applied by pharmacy, foodstuff and chemical industry.

l   適用于干顆粒、粉末和粘稠物料的混合，適合大中批量生產(chǎn)。
Suitable to blend dry granules, powders or pasty materials; suit to large or medium scale production.

l   混合機(jī)裝載著兩根同時異向朝外旋轉(zhuǎn)的平行槳葉軸，每根軸上搭載十字槳葉，在驅(qū)動裝置的同步作用下，兩根槳葉軸的運行軌跡成相交關(guān)系，且錯位嚙合。旋轉(zhuǎn)的槳葉產(chǎn)生離心力，將物料有效拋至筒內(nèi)上空部分，達(dá)到拋物線的高點后下落，物料再受槳葉的驅(qū)趕，在筒體內(nèi)往復(fù)循環(huán)混合，并受雙軸的嚙合空間混合、剪切、分離，致使物料快速混合均勻。
The mixer is equipped with two parallel blade shafts that rotating outward in different directions at the same time. Each shaft is equipped with cross paddle blades. The running tracks of the two blade shafts intersect and mesh in dislocation. The rotating paddle blade generates centrifugal force to effectively throw the materials into the upper part of the cylinder and fall after reaching the high point of the parabola. The materials are driven by the paddle blade and mixed back and forth in the cylinder, and mixed, sheared and separated by the meshing space of the two shafts, resulting in rapid and uniform mixing of the materials.

l   本機(jī)根據(jù)要求可配有加熱和噴霧功能。

Heating and spray system is configurable upon request.
